MegapixelWorld is a website dedicated to photography allowing its users to create their photo gallery by uploading digital images and to share their opinion on the forum.
All registered users must agree to the following terms of service:
Members must be at least 16 years old.
Members are not allowed to have more than one account per person.
Members may upload only their own work and they must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Images and files that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If someone has an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved.
If any third party brings a claim, lawsuit or other proceeding against MegapixelWorld based on content you post on MegapixelWorld, you agree to compensate MegapixelWorld including its officers, directors, employees and agents for any and all losses, liabilities, damages or expenses including attorney's fees incurred by MegapixelWorld in connection with any such claim, lawsuit or proceeding.
Members agree to accept all liability for the legality of content they submit and will not hold MegapixelWorld responsible for any damages that result. They also agree that MegapixelWorld is not liable for images or any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of the website. MegapixelWorld makes no claims of future reliability in hosting your photos. There is no guarantee of permanence.
Pornography, nudity, sexual images and otherwise offensive images are prohibited.
MegapixelWorld reserves the right to modify or remove any content in a member account or to delete a member account at any time without notice if that account violates the TOS.
MegapixelWorld is the final arbiter of what is allowed and not allowed on the MegapixelWorld website.
MegapixelWorld reserves the right to move images to other categories in any way it sees fit.
Any images uploaded by a member remain the property of that member.
MegapixelWorld is not responsible for content posted by its members and does not verify or endorse any content posted by its members. If you believe that any of the content posted by a member violates your proprietary rights including copyrights, please report it by clicking on the Report thread/Photo link.
