Jan: it would be the paradise for you. LOL
I went there today and took many photos I will upload. Unfortunately the weather was not great. Not rainy but almost.
Olly
It sounds like a great place. I will look forward to seeing your photo's
For people into birds, it is a very nice place. You even have some buildings with windows for scopes and long zoom cameras :)
Here are the photos:
The two first are about herons, I do not know the name of the other birds. Help! :p

Very nice Olly. I think you're ready for National Geographic now ;) The images are wonderful!
Great pictures Olly! The interesting birds don't stay around here at this time of year. They have all gone elsewhere to breed. We mostly have Canada Geese and Mallards left.
Thank you!
Jan, you are so much into birds! It's amazing that you know all of them.
I added two other photos of ducks tonight before uploading more later, just to check more your knowledge ;) :D

Even with the bad weather your photos are very nice with wonderful colors! It's amazing how many different ducks there are!Are all these from England or they had brought them from other countries?
Some of birds that Olly takes pictures of, really don't belong in England. I suspect that they have escaped from private collections.n :)

Wow!!! Amazing photos Olly and Jan, your knowledge of feathered creatures is unbelievable. The two of you could put together one amazing book... just a thought
I went again to London Wetland last week :)
I used mostly the Nikon D70 with the Sigma 70-200 F2.8 and a Sigma converter x1.4. It gives the equivalent of a 420mm zoom :)
