St Paul's with its soaring dome is a great place for panomaric views across London. More at http://www.stpauls.co.uk
It is not that easy to go to the dome as there are a lot of stairs and it is sometimes very narrow. I had troubles at one point with my camera bag on my back, and I am not big.
