I have it with my old Canon Pro90IS (http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/canonpro90/) and you can get it on some of the lenses you see at http://consumer.usa.canon.com/ir/controller?act=ProductCatIndexAct&fcategoryid=150 (when they have IS in their name).
