Thanks everyone for your kind welcome!
I use a Sony V-1 and a Sony DSC-F828. For the time being I am trying to "adjust" myself within the site. Pretty soon I will upload some photos.
Take care!

Welcome to the site, Panayotis :)
How did you find Megapixelworld? We have quite a few Greeks people here :D
I know quite well your DSC-F828, I almost bought it before I finally decided for the Nikon D70.

Thanks again for your welcoming comments. I really appreciate it :) .
I am also member of a Greek site that involves photography and I happened to notice a link there to your site. The rest is history.
As far as the DSC-F828 is concerned, I must say this. Last November (2004 that is) I was on the horns of a dilemma. I wanted to buy a better camera than my Sony V-1. Not a digital SLR though. My choice was the Sony 828 and the Olympus C-8080. Finally a very close friend of mine who lives in the United States found me an offer that I couldn't resist. A DSC-F828, battery included, for 649 dollars. The dilemma was over. The price was unbeatable, at that time I mean. Even now, a year after, still sounds like a good bargain.
I must say that I am quite pleased with the camera even though there are many people that wouldn't agree with me. It depends what you want from a camera and what money you have in mind to spend. You can't ask from a 649 dollars camera to "act" like a Canon 20D just because they are both 8mpixels
Talk again soon!

A friend of mine has the DSC-F717 and he is very pleased as well. If DSLR's become cheaper in the future, at least in the entry level, then I may consider buying one. For my standards (I am not a pro-photographer) F828 works fine.
