I think that is actually smog and some heat haze in that photo. :) I took that photo from the bus. I find it really difficult to get good photo from buses as I usually get a reflection from the glass and the fact that the bus is moving sure doesn't help. :)

Acapulco was okay. It was quite smogy. There were long beaches, but I didn't see any beaches that didn't have buildings along them. :(

Nice pictures Jan! I was supposed to go to Acapulco a few years ago for srping break, but my bf has his heart attack in January, and the trip was mid march...and it was a severe heart attack, so we cancelled it. Im still very sad I didnt get to go :(
