Just like what the picture shows. It's a special wheel (there are many different styles) usually made of aluminum instead of the standard steel wheel. Some vehicles come with them as an option from the factory. A lot of them are available as after-market. The reason they are called "mag" wheels or "mags" is because back in the early days of custom cars and such, they were actually made of magnesium.
