As it was very nice yesterday (it rained all day today...) I went to the Thames path to take photos of St Paul cathedral, Tower Bridge etc.
It is a fun area full of restaurants/pubs :)

All photos were taken with a tripod and the Canon 350D/Rebel XT. The lenses used were the Sigma 17-70 and the Canon 70-200 f4.
Most photos were taken with a shutter speed of 30 seconds which gives a funny effect of the water.

London Eye (the wheel rotates very slowly but with the 30 seconds shutter there is a speed effect)

Zoom on the Millennium Bridge. It is a 25 seconds photo but we still see people who didn't move too much.

Really great photos! You always visit such interesting places. I am glad that you always have a camera with and share the results with us. It's very nice to see pictures of places that I will probably never get to see in person. :)

Thank you :)

Colleen: I just put the tripod at the place (the center at http://www.photoboard.eu/photography/showphoto.php?photo=2280) where people walk to get on the bridge.

Gary: and I enjoy to see photos from places I have never been too, so keep uploading :)

I took more photos yesterday evening. I still have to resize them.

I don't remember what part of London they were showing in the movie. I think it was Westminster abbey which is not easy to take (need a high point of view). I am not sure if I can take indoor photos there too. Well, one way to find out ;)
In my gallery you have plenty photos of le Louvre museum :)
