All these photos, first manipulated on Photomatix Pro,an HDR (high dynamic range)program and then on photoshop.
Maybe i overdid them, but this program is new for me

I would appriciate your opinion :)
All the photos are very nice :)
What does this program suppose to do? Can you show the original photos so we can compare them to the modified ones?

Here is what we could do with photomatix pro

For me it's not as easy,as they said on the site :p This photo is before and after photomatix

I see what it does :)
It worked well with your photo, we can see details in the clouds now.
I think DXO can do it too. I will try your software to see how it works.

Ah now I can see the difference! Struggling to get this new monitor of ours colour calibrated and it was tweaked again last night - must be on the right track now :) I can see much more texture and the clouds.

Those are great shots. :) Is this program specific for a certain camera? I wouldn't mind trying something like, but I don't think I have the 'right' camera to do it.

I think DXO can do it too i think that DXO can do it better than Photomatix, the effect on the image that we take using Photomatix is "too much" ;)

HDR has nothing to do with the camera,it's a software like photoshop. You can download a trial version http://www.hdrsoft.com/

I think these look great. I love HDR and really enjoy trying to get shots that work well with HDR. Personally, I don't think these are overdone but then again I have taken a liking to "overdone" ones. On another photo forum I frequent, there is a user who does HDR with a fisheye lens and "overdoes" it and they look so awesome and surreal. If I only had a fisheye...
Good job!
